The device will automatically enter pairing mode \u2013 the CONNECT LED will blink blue, and the connected speakers will emit a detection tone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activate pairing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1085\" src=\"https:\/\/support.newtec-audio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2_SMARTconnect_Pair-on.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18561\" style=\"object-fit:cover\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Point the remote control at the SMARTplayer and press \u201cCH UP\u201d (up arrow). The CONNECT LED will flash blue, and the SMARTconnect will connect automatically.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">End pairing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1096\" src=\"https:\/\/support.newtec-audio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/3_SMARTconnect_Pair-off.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18564\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wait until all speakers stop emitting the detection tone and the CONNECT LED on the SMARTconnect lights up solid blue.  Then point the remote control at the SMARTplayer and press \u201cCH DOWN\u201d (down arrow). The CONNECT LED on the SMARTplayer will now also light up solid blue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important note:<\/strong> The SMARTplayer automatically exits pairing mode after about 2 hours. If installation takes longer, you can reactivate pairing mode using the remote control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start music playback<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1096\" src=\"https:\/\/support.newtec-audio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/4_SMARTconnect_Music.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18567\" style=\"object-fit:cover\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Start playing your music. The AUDIO LED will light up orange, and the audio signal will be sent to all connected speakers. You can adjust the volume either from your audio source or with the remote control (VOL +\/\u2013).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More information about the <a
