Then connect your preferred audio source to the audio input (IN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activate pairing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1098\" src=\"https:\/\/support.newtec-audio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/2_SMARTplayer_Pair-on.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18504\" style=\"object-fit:cover\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Make sure the POWER LED on the SMARTplayer is flashing green and all speakers emit a detection tone. Point the remote control at the SMARTplayer and press \u201cCH UP\u201d (up arrow). The CONNECT LED will flash blue, and all speakers within range will connect automatically.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">End pairing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1099\" src=\"https:\/\/support.newtec-audio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/3_SMARTplayer_Pair-off.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18507\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wait until all speakers stop emitting the detection tone. Then point the remote control at the SMARTplayer and press \u201cCH DOWN\u201d (down arrow). The CONNECT LED will now stay solid blue \u2013 the speakers are successfully connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important note:<\/strong> The SMARTplayer automatically exits pairing mode after about 2 hours. If installation takes longer, you can reactivate pairing mode using the remote control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start music playback<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1253\" src=\"https:\/\/support.newtec-audio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/4_SMARTplayer_Music.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18511\" style=\"object-fit:cover\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start playing your music. The AUDIO LED will light up orange, and the audio signal will be sent to all connected speakers. You can adjust the volume either from your audio source or with the remote control (VOL +\/\u2013).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More information about the <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/support.newtec-audio.com\/en\/docs\/led-status-smartplayer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">status LEDs<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setting up multiple SMARTplayers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>First, connect SMARTplayer 1, link it to an audio source, and start playback. Put SMARTplayer 1 into pairing mode and install <strong>only<\/strong> the speakers that should connect to it. Once the speakers are successfully paired, end pairing mode. Then repeat the process with SMARTplayer 2 and its assigned speakers, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important note:<\/strong> When setting up SMARTplayer 2, make sure SMARTplayer 1 is powered on but <strong>not<\/strong> in pairing mode (CONNECT LED solid blue).
