POWER – green: operating status #
Indicator Meaning What to check Off No power or processor not running. Check the power supply and connection. Flashing SMARTconnect is ready for operation. No action needed if playback works as expected. Steady Processor blocked. Contact support if this state persists.
AUDIO – orange: audio reception #
Indicator Meaning What to check Off No audio. Check playback, the selected source and the source output volume. Flashing Muted. Check the mute setting. Steady Audio is being received. If no sound is audible, check volume and the connection to the playback device.
CONNECT – blue: connection #
Indicator Meaning What to check Off Not specified in the existing status guide. Check the other LEDs and the setup guide for context. Flashing SMARTconnect is in pairing mode. Follow the setup instructions to connect the devices and finish pairing. Steady Connected to SMARTplayer. No action needed if playback works as expected.
