POWER – green: operating status #
Indicator Meaning What to check Off No power or processor not running. Check the power supply and connection. Flashing SMARTplayer is ready for operation. No action needed if playback works as expected. Steady Processor blocked. Contact support if this state persists.
AUDIO – orange/red: audio reception #
Indicator Meaning What to check Off No audio, playback paused or audio signal too quiet. Check playback, the selected source and the source output volume. Flashing No audio source selected (Source: STOP). Select the intended source in the SMART App and start playback. Steady Audio is being received. If no sound is audible, check volume and the connection to the playback device. Red light Muted (device off). Check device status and mute settings.
CONNECT – blue: connection #
Indicator Meaning What to check Off No speakers connected. Follow the setup instructions to connect the devices and finish pairing. Flashing SMARTplayer is in pairing mode. Follow the setup instructions to connect the devices and finish pairing. Steady Speakers connected. No action needed if playback works as expected.
