Remote support

If you need remote support for one of your projects, you can share the corresponding group with our NewTec support team using the sharing function. Our support team can then provide targeted assistance.

Select the group for which you require support and click on “Share” in the drop-down menu.

Click on the support icon to call up the support address.

Our support can now access the shared group and all contained subgroups and devices. You can recognize this by the sharing symbol in front of the groups and devices.

Important note: NewTec support has the authorization level “Full Access” by default. You can change this by clicking on the support address.

Once assistance has been provided, you can cancel the release via the sharing function by removing the cloud support.
