The remote control operates SMARTstreamer directly. The table explains the buttons documented in the original illustration. Point the remote at the device whose settings you want to change.
Buttons and functions #

| POWER | Switch the device off. |
| VOL + | Increase master volume. |
| VOL − | Decrease master volume. |
The device illustration does not assign a function to the remaining buttons.
How to use the remote control #
Use VOL + and VOL − to adjust master volume. Follow the SMARTstreamer setup guide for the network connection.
If the device does not respond as expected, compare its LEDs with the status guide and check the setup instructions.
Restore factory settings #
A factory reset restores the default settings. Use it only when you intend to set up the device again afterwards.
After restarting the device, press POWER three times within 10 seconds. This procedure is shown in the original illustration for SMARTstreamer.
