The remote control operates SMARTplayer directly. The table explains the buttons documented in the original illustration. Point the remote at the device whose settings you want to change.
Buttons and functions #

The device illustration does not assign a function to the remaining buttons.
How to use the remote control #
For pairing, point the remote at the SMARTplayer. CH UP starts pairing and the blue CONNECT LED flashes. Once the intended speakers are connected and their identification tones have stopped, CH DOWN ends pairing.
If the device does not respond as expected, compare its LEDs with the status guide and check the setup instructions.
Restore factory settings #
A factory reset restores the default settings. Use it only when you intend to set up the device again afterwards.
After restarting the device, press POWER three times within 10 seconds. This procedure is shown in the original illustration for SMARTplayer.
