NewTec Design Audio designs and manufactures professional audio products.
NewTec Design Audio conducts extensive reliability tests and quality controls to ensure the high quality of its products. However, it is possible that your product may require maintenance or repair during or after the warranty period.
Warranty Terms
NewTec Design Audio grants the original customer a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
If the product does not function properly within the warranty period, NewTec Design Audio will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. The original purchaser may only claim this warranty by providing a dated proof of purchase of the NewTec Design Audio product to verify the validity of the warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product from an authorized NewTec Design Audio dealer.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, negligence, lack of maintenance, failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, incorrect connections, or accidents. NewTec Design Audio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or impairments related to or caused by its products.
- Products that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons or companies.
- External casing parts, electromechanical components, and wear and tear due to normal use.
- Shipping and insurance costs, as well as any damage to the product incurred during transport.
- Transport costs and local import taxes in the event of return shipping.
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of general merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. It supersedes and excludes all other warranties. NewTec Design Audio also disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages in the event of a warranty breach.
In some countries, the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
