Register SMARTplayer / SMARTstreamer #
This video shows you how to register your SMART devices in the cloud. On the right-hand side, you can see the local installation, while no devices are visible on the left after the first login. To create new devices in the cloud, store the corresponding code from the cloud in the local device. You can then access all devices via the Internet.
Important note: Please note that it can take up to 3 minutes for the devices to be successfully registered and connected in the cloud.
Create groups #
Groups allow you to customize the hierarchy of your cloud interface. Whether you want to organize your SMART devices by country, brand name or building sections such as floors – you have complete flexibility. Create groups and subgroups according to your needs.
Project sharing #
You can share your projects with any account registered in the cloud and individually define which access rights the other person should have – depending on which tasks they will take on in the project.
On the left you see the view of the user, on the right the view of the invited account.
Remote support #
If you need remote support for one of your projects, you can share the corresponding group with NewTec support using the sharing function. Our support can then provide targeted assistance.
